Sarah Pollack is an Associate Professor of Latin American Literature and Translation Studies at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York, and the CUNY Graduate Center. Her translations have been published in journals such as The Brooklyn Rail in Translation, Bomb, Reunion: The Dallas Review, and Gulf Coast, and include the collections of poetry Reason Enough (Host Publications) by Uruguayan poet Ida Vitale, and Eloise (Unicorn Press) by Mexican Silvia Eugenia Castillero. She recently co-authored with Tamara Williams a critical volume of the works of Italo-Mexican author Fabio Morábito: Los oficios del nómada: Fabio Morábito ante la crítica published by the Universidad Autónoma de México.
